All joking aside, I’ve been in a dilemma with this “About” page for one reason and one reason only: the length of it! First time around, too short. Second time around, too long. And if you have a short attention span or just don’t have time to read long “About” sections, that’s a problem. So, I will make this snappy…
My name is Maddie Unger and I live in a family of 6 other people.
4 of which are kids.
3 of which have special diet requirements.
What kind, you ask?
Dairy free, gluten free…
One of them is even allergic to gluten, peanuts, bananas and eggs all at the same time. This is not counting my mom, who has hoshimotos, which you can read about here.
So, what am I to do? Does this mean the majority of my family no longer gets cookies, cakes, pancakes, waffles or the extension of no dessert? Of course not! It took awhile, but I know am equipped with the knowledge to make gluten free pancakes, waffles,cakes, any kind of cookie in the cookie universe, pies, and pretty much any dessert.
