Almond Butter No Bakes

I seem to love raw things.

Flavors, it seems like, are more pronounced when they’re not baked.

Or heated up.


Meet the almond butter no bakes.

Dates, almond butter and vanilla. Whats not to love?

Three ingredients.

1/2 cup almond butter
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp dates
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oats

1. Throwing everything in the food processor, adding the oats last. Form into cookie shapes and store in freezer till solid.

2. Enjoy!
