Yum, yum, yum!
Some things are just better when they’re simple.
That goes for a lot of things, but treats is certainly one of them.
You don’t need flour, butter, sugar or food coloring to make things taste great. The best ingredients are the natural ones. They not only taste great, but they’re great for you.
And what better excuse for these sugar free, dairy free, gluten free treats than good for you? 😉
gluten & dairy free
1 1/2 cup dates,
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup walnuts
1. Put the dates in your processor first, then when chopped, add the rest.
2. Form into balls and eat! Or you don’t even have to bother to form them, just eat. 😉
