Almond butter, honey, salt, coconut flour…what could be better?
Making things that taste amazing with just a few ingredients doesn’t have to be difficult.
Sometimes the best things only have a few ingredients!
Including these Almond Butter Bites.
Putting them together is super easy and quick plus they are made with wholesome ingredients.
Almond Butter Bites
gluten free + vegan
2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened or melted (mine is naturally soft, so I didn’t have to do anything)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/8 tsp salt
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Then, add the coconut flour. Mix until fully incorporated and forms a dough.
2. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a plate. Stick them in the freezer to harden. Store in a plastic bag or any container. Wallah! Yumminess 🙂
3. Or, you could dehydrate them. Stick the bites in the dehydrator at 115 degrees for 5 hours or more (depending on how crispy you want the cookie).
