Gluten free + dairy free vegan cake batter. Could this dream get any better?
Yes it can, by adding chocolate.
Chocolate cake batter.
Now I know it doesn’t look that pretty, but it is still beautiful to me.
Because its chocolate. 😉
Chocolate Cake Batter Cups
gluten & dairy free
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water
2 cups gluten free chocolate cake mix
2 1/2 cups dairy free chocolate chips
3 tbsp coconut milk
Mini cupcake pan
Mini cupcake liners
Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips to top
1. Combine water, milk and cake mix.
2. Melt chocolate in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. Spoon teaspoonfuls of melted chocolate into mini muffin liners. Add cake batter on top, then finish off with another layer of melted chocolate, making sure that no cake batter shows through. Top with sprinkles or chocolate chips.
4. Put in freezer for 10 minutes, then take out + enjoy! 🙂
