Oh, I’m sorry. I was talking about oatmeal raisin cookies. Yes.
Oatmeal Chocolate Raisin Cookies
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/4 tsp salt (just under level)
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp plus 4 tsp sweetener (you can use regular sugar, maple syrup, whatever you want…)
1/8 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1/8 cup raisins
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp milk of choice
Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Form cookies into whatever shapes you would like on the cookie sheet, then bake for 7 minutes at 375 degrees.
If you must learn something from this post, it’s that chocolate is good in oatmeal raisin cookies.
Unless you have no use for chocolate…that would be pretty crazy. 😉
