A dairy free milkshake?
Some may say it defies science.
Surely something with milk in its name can’t be made dairy free, right?
Today, our recipe comes from the kitchen of experimentation.
This recipe is brought to you by my mom. She was fooling around in the kitchen and she came up with this yummy peanut butter milk free shake. She might even be as good as me, eh?
I haven’t even finished this post and its…just….gone.
Well, enough talk. Here’s the recipe! 🙂
Mama’s Peanut Butter Shake
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (we used metagenics vanilla protein powder that can be found here.)
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
2 cups coconut milk (if shake is not blending, you can add more)
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
Throw all the ingredients into the blender, mix, and there you have it! A tasty milkshake 🙂
