We all love frosting.
Admit it, once before you might have told mom you were going to check on something in the kitchen just so you could try more frosting. Such a little sneaker.
Being in a family of four other kids, it’s very difficult to make stuff in small batches. Many times, I have to double (or even triple!) recipes because of how fast everything gets eaten!
That’s why, on this blog, I will make a promise…no small recipes!
I, Maddie, promise to never make tiny batches fit for a family…of mice 🙂
Maybe I’m being over dramatic. I’ll just cut to the chase and give you the recipe already…
Delicious Dairy Free Frosting
4 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:for chocolate frosting, add 2 and 1/2 teaspoon of cacao powder.
Combine with a mixer until frosting consistency.
I also give you free will to experiment with this frosting. Add sprinkles, change the coloring, add chocolate chips…
Heck, you can make this a deluxe frosting!
Now, I order you…go make this! Right now! Haha, just kidding. Just don’t eat the whole batch 😉
Or can you?
I don’t know…
You know your own strength.
